X shape quad o ring is a four lip seal with the shape similar to x, so it is also called X-ring. It is an improvement and improvement on the performance of O-ring. Its standard size is completely the same as that of American as568 standard O-ring, which can replace most O-ring occasions.
Compared with the O-ring, the x quad ring has smaller friction resistance and starting resistance due to the formation of lubrication cavity between the sealing lips. So the place where O-ring can be used can be replaced by X ring, and the sealing effect is very good, but the place where x quad ring can be used, O-ring may not be replaced, which is the reason why X-ring is more expensive than O-ring.
